Standard Auto Calculation multiplies the area by standard quantities per 1000 ft² (cement 400 bags, sand 81.6 tons, etc.). Manual Entry lets you input your own material name, quantity, unit, and unit cost — for suppliers, quotes, or specialty materials.
Profit = (Subtotal + Overhead) × (Profit % ÷ 100). Profit is applied AFTER overhead — this is documented in the methodology.
Yes. Use the 'Save Current Report' button in the Summary tab. Reports list is preserved in your browser. You can also export JSON files and store them anywhere.
