"ConstrCalc NEVER makes assumptions. Users provide project information, measurements, units, rates, and values. ConstrCalc ONLY performs mathematically accurate calculations and professional construction planning summaries."
ConstrCalc® is a professional construction intelligence platform. Its purpose is mathematical accuracy — nothing more, nothing less.
Every equation ConstrCalc performs is documented on the Calculator Methodology page. If it's not there, it's not happening.
Some pages (Guides, Blog, Country Guides) list typical price ranges, standard material quantities, or regional norms. These are reference material for the user — the calculator itself never silently pulls or applies them. All values used in a calculation come from what the user has explicitly entered.
Reports (PDF/Excel/Word/CSV/JSON) contain only the values you entered and the mathematical results derived from them. No hidden fields. No opaque cells.
If you ever suspect ConstrCalc is applying a hidden adjustment or invented value, please report it. We will investigate and, if confirmed, publish a correction here.
Any change to a formula ships with a versioned entry in the Methodology. You will always be able to trace exactly what the calculator did at any point in time.
